“Oops… sorry everyone… looks like I’m having a little trouble connecting… let me just…” mumbled Anderson as he fiddled around with the Zoom audio hardware settings. “Maybe my AirPods aren’t being read as the input… Oh! I bet my volume is just on mute.”

“Am I connected to WiFi?… Hmmm what’s the WiFi network name, let me ask in the chat…” wondered Anderson, typing his question to the group, his video quality beginning to degrade as well. “Let me plug that password in again… okay let’s give that a go… darn it’s still not working…”

“Sorry… Everyone… Just… Give… Me… One… More… Sec,” Anderson mouthed dramatically while tapping on random buttons in the general settings tab. “Hm, maybe these will do something."

“CAN YOU ALL HEAR ME NOW,” Anderson asked loudly after leaving the call and then returning to it. “Hmm TechBiz.com says I need to turn off my computer and turn it back on… maybe I need to update the software."

At press time, Anderson had connected his audio but forgotten to unmute himself.
