Brown Contacts Student About Needing New COVID Test During COVID Test

“I had just finished blowing my nose and was waiting for the worker to give me the nasal swab,” Armstrong stated, wearily scrolling down the Verily mobile site. “And right then I got an alert on my phone and looked down to see a message from Team Healthy at Brown asking why I wasn’t using this time to schedule my next COVID test.”

“I just ignored it,” Armstrong continued. “But by the time I swirled the swab around my nostrils, put it in the tube, and took it to the rack at the other end of the gym, I had three more alerts telling me I hadn’t scheduled my next test yet.”

At press time, Armstrong got a Team Healthy notification to update his daily symptom tracker in the middle of the night.
