“The mid-year graduates, or point-fivers, are a critical part of our undergraduate and graduate communities,” said Elizabeth Reynold, assistant to the Dean of Community Affairs. “I could not have thought of a better way to show our love to our graduating seniors than to give them a single meal swipe into our stickiest and darkest dining hall.”

“We want to honor their four years of academic achievement and personal growth with tasty taco bowls and a nice brownie dessert,” said Reynold. “In a sense, we are placing them on a conveyor belt out of Brown, much like the belt taking their dishes away."

At press time, mid-year graduates were seen celebrating Casino Night, in which students are invited to watch “Casino Royale” in the Kasper Multipurpose Room.
