Sedin’s head was slammed into the boards on a check by San Jose Sharks defender Matt Irwin.
Immediately after the blunt force trauma Sedin’s mind was filled with incredible telekinetic powers, his mind expanding instantly to contain all knowledge known to mankind. This lasted for two seconds before Sedin’s head was slammed into the boards once again by San Jose forward Ryan Clowe.

“As soon as I hit him, he started using some really big words,” said Irwin. “He whispered something about infinite insight into the future and preventing humanity from making the mistake that would ultimately be its undoing before switching to some other language.”

Bystanders reported seeing Sedin staring deep into space and proclaiming “your mind, it is full of anger,” shortly before his second blow to the head.

“It was insane!” commented San Jose fan Jason Markin. “Irwin hammered him! He was all like ‘Bam!’ and then Clowe came in and was all like ‘Bam again!’ Oh man, those were some fucking epic hits. Dude didn’t know what hit him.”

Clowe was unaware of the golden days of peace and prosperity Sedin’s new powers and knowledge could have created had he not crushed Sedin against the boards. Clowe did, however, spend two minutes in the penalty box for crosschecking.
