Report: .5ers Kind Of Clingy At This Point

“Don’t get me wrong, I like the ’.5ers, I just think that it’s time for them to move on,” stated Chloe Freeman ’22, clearly annoyed that seniors from last year are still seniors this year. “I didn’t mind it at first, but then they just kept popping up everywhere. Honestly, it’s kind of sad. They need to see other people and try new things. Like, for instance, graduating.”

“I mean, I get it. We had some really good times together, and it’s hard to let go. But at this point, enough is enough,” continued Freeman, struggling to find a Blue Room booth not being hogged by a ’.5er. “It’s getting awkward running into them in dining halls and on Thayer. Maybe we can stay friends, but for now, we need some space. They’re great people though, and they deserve all the happiness in the world.”

At press time, Christina Paxson was reassuring the ’.5ers that it’s not them, it’s us.
