“I know what kind of career options are available to me with a Brown degree: I could be a John or a Janet,” Chen explained. "It’s just a matter of deciding which post-Brown path is right for me. I could be a funny, lovable, jokester-type with a lot of social capital but minimal lasting socio-political impact. Or I could be the Chair of the Federal Reserve. I just don’t know how to choose!”

“A major reason why I chose to come to Brown was because of the career options that would be available to me post-grad,” Chen continued. “But at this point in my life, I’m not sure if I’m leaning more toward being on an Emmy-nominated sitcom or overseeing the Federal Reserve Banks for four years.”

After browsing Brown Connect, Chen decided to become Daveed Diggs instead.
