“I can’t have everyone knowing I don’t do anything with my time,” Mills explained, self-consciously checking everyone else’s availability to make sure she didn’t look completely lame. “So I’ll just be mysteriously busy on Friday afternoon from 3:30 to 5:30. That’ll keep them guessing.”

“It’s too obvious to say you’re busy Friday night or Saturday afternoon,” Mills continued, knowing that blocking off these times would expose her lie. “But Friday at 3:30 is such an innocuous time. They’ll think I have a job interview or an early date for sure.”

At press time, Mills was filling up her GCal with random things just to make it nice and colorful.
