AI SaaS B2B Startup Receives Millions in Funding to Put Towards Explaining What It Does

Published Friday, September 26th, 2025

Sources in Silicon Valley report that Convalut, an AI SaaS B2B startup founded by Larry Sudeikis ‘24 and Ravi Mehta ‘24, has just raised a $2.5M Series A to put towards explaining what it does.

“We’re bleeding-edge, of course, but what we’re trying to achieve is really quite simple,” stated Sudeikis as he confidently clicked through a 47-slide pitch deck where the words ‘synergy,’ ‘verticalized,’ and ‘quantum-readiness’ appeared in progressively larger fonts. “We’re essentially building a multi-modal AI native agentic process automation tool for the PRFs of tomorrow. Our flagship product, Teric, is seamlessly compatible with the CLJ of your choice, so it’s meeting you where you are.”

“In the simplest terms possible, Teric is like Airbnb for your mind. We integrate relational database optimization with paradigm-shifting on-demand orchestration to ensure that you’re able to ship code however you want, whenever you want,” delineated Mehta as investors looked on with cautious skepticism, quietly noting that both founders had actually finished college rather than dropping out in the second semester like true visionaries. “At our core, we’re just a couple of obsessive kids who love to build. We saw a problem, and we decided to fix it. We know we can redefine the enterprise adjacency stack for the AI-forward generation.”

At press time, Convalut had pivoted with a new name, new product, new business plan, and new founders.
