After seeing one year old Lila Day wearing tiny Timberland boots while playing in the park, eyewitnesses came to the conclusion that the baby must be going on a big hike later.
“Sure, she clearly doesn’t have full control over her balance but this baby just has to be planning on going hiking later,” said Elaine Pascal after seeing Lila. “That’s the only plausible explanation as to why she would have put on those professional-level hiking boots this morning. I see the shoelaces are double knotted too so she must be expecting some pretty rough terrain.”
“I don’t think she has the best hand-eye coordination because she was having trouble controlling her arms well enough to stack the blocks she was playing with,” added Pascal. “But, if she’s invested in such intense hiking gear, I have to assume she’s a pretty serious outdoors athlete."
At press time, onlookers were starting to wonder if Lila was also planning on going on a big canoeing trip later since she had tiny, little Hunter rain boots in her diaper bag.
