According to reports from his friends and classmates, Ronnie Sampson ’17 is mostly known for being that guy who always shouts “booyah!”
“Ronnie is hilarious,” said Sampson’s friend Greg Stavig ’17, noting that Sampson shouts “booyah!” at parties, sporting events, and over the phone. “When he shouted ‘booyah!’ after I finished my set at the open mic last week, the crowd freaking lost it.”
Sources confirm that while Sampson has few remarkable characteristics and is not involved in any student organizations, he can always be counted on to shout “booyah!” whenever anything happens.
“It’s like he shows up out of nowhere,” said Sampson’s classmate Esther Koenig ‘16, referencing a time in church when Sampson shouted “booyah!” after a particularly powerful sermon.
Koenig added, “I hardly know the guy, but man does he love shouting ‘booyah!’”
“Booyah!” said Sampson when his calculus professor introduced Stokes’ theorem to the class.
“Booyah!” said Sampson when the doctor announced that his newborn niece was perfectly healthy.
“Booyah!” said Sampson when his plane reached a cruising altitude of 30,000 feet.
At press time, Sampson was almost certainly shouting “booyah!” somewhere.
