Sighing daintily, local hatter Milton Presterly was reported to be slightly miffed Sunday morning. “Only those who are uncultured are unable to tether one’s emotions,” scoffed Presterly, lifting his exquisite handkerchief to pat at his temples. “I doubt you understand, though. In this day and age, it seems as if all commoners, especially those without technical artistry, seem to not have learned that it is a mark of good breeding to suppress undue emotion, such as anger, happiness, or sadness in any form. Goodness gracious.” At press time, Presterly was seen sighing again and pursing his lips ever so slightly.
