Walking by a large sign for the new, futuristic “Spitzer-Zirkonia Center For Digital Media,” Josh Spitzer-Zirkonia ‘24 is really hoping none of his friends make the connection. “I mean, like they won’t notice, right?” thought Spitzer-Zirkonia about the sign that referenced three generations of Spitzer-Zirkonia Brown alumni. “People could just think it’s someone else; hyphenated last names are so much more common now, especially at a place like Brown.” Meanwhile, Marty Granoff is really hoping everyone makes the connection.
