Local CS Concentrator Has Dreamed Of Being A Quality Assurance Consultant At A Mid-Sized Security Software Firm Since He Was A Little Boy

Published Friday, November 1st, 2024

In a report out of the Computer Science Department this past week, local CS concentrator Chris Macintyre has dreamed of being a quality assurance consultant at a mid-sized firm his entire life.

“Ever since he was just a boy, my little Chris has wished and prayed that one day, he would become responsible for checking the quality of commercial security software sold by a mid-sized firm,” Chris’s mother, Janine Macintyre, said while combing through Chris’s many childhood diaries detailing his desire to help corporations secure their firewalls against data miners. “With stars in his eyes, he would tell me about how excited he was to work at a firm of fifty to a hundred employees all coding security software for large corporations."

“Chris never wanted to be a firefighter or an astronaut, he was always my realistic little boy,” his mother continued, washing Chris’s “SECURITY SOFTWARE” tee shirts. “He always dreamed of sitting at a desk from 9am to 5pm, writing code until his fingers were sore."

At press time, TAPS concentrators had dreamed of being baristas since they were little.
