Vague reports from Providence’s scary part suggest that Mayor Skeleton has probably just passed a new bone law or something like that. “We aren’t sure what the law is, but he is Mayor Skeleton, so it’s probably something about bones,” said spooky reporter Ghoul Jackson. “He usually passes laws about bones or, like, teeth or skulls. If he passed a law, it was probably a bone law. That’s kind of his thing, bones. He’s a skeleton, as are most of his voters, so he’s concerned mostly with laws that address bone issues. I guess this new law was another bone law. At this point, nobody’s really paying attention.” At press time, Senator Scary Monster proposed another fright bill or something for the Spooky Senate to vote on.
