Honey, no, I’m serious, you really don’t have to get me anything for Christmas this year. I know I said that last year, but what would you even get me, anyway? All I want this year is to see the kids’ sweet faces as they open their gifts on Christmas morning. That’s what it’s always been about for me. The best part for me isn’t the gifts, it’s drinking hot cocoa, watching holiday movies, and baking gingerbread with the kids, which, come to think of it, would be a lot easier if I had a KitchenAid® Artisan Design Series Blossom Stand Mixer, but honestly, that wouldn’t even be that great, it would only save me a few hours. And isn’t cooking for the family one of the special things about the holidays? Hon, you and the kids are the best gift I could ask for! I mean that. All I want is to spend time with our family. So don’t get me anything this year. I would just feel guilty. Christmas is the season of giving. Giving is what it is about for me! I’m so excited to see how much your mom loves the KitchenAid® Artisan Design Series Blossom Stand Mixer I picked out for her. I’m sure she’ll love it. I know I would if I were her! But don’t get me anything this year, Hon. Get the kids something instead, really. I have everything I could ever want! Well, besides, I don’t know, I guess a KitchenAid® Artisan Design Series Blossom Stand Mixer, but seriously, don’t waste your money on me, spend it on the kids! Christmas is about them. I don’t need anything this year.
