A pre-med in the Human Anatomy and Biomechanics class is dealing with the unfortunate combo of attending her human cadaver lab while also not having eaten all day.
“Obviously, I’m not thinking about that,” scoffed Isabella Cannon, whose mouth was suspiciously watering as she dissected her assigned part of the cadaver. “I was in such a rush this morning that I missed breakfast and lunch, but it’s okay. I ate last night. I don’t even need food today, really. I’m just so focused on my studies of the different anatomical parts, which is a purely academic pursuit.”
“Please, be respectful. This is a human person who nobly donated their body to science so that I could be further educated on human anatomy,” continued Cannon, who so far had only focused on dissecting the ribs, shoulders, and tenderloins. “Now, if you’ll excuse me, I’m going to continue learning. Can someone hand me a new fork—I mean, scalpel?”
At press time, an Applied Math student who forgot to eat breakfast and lunch was eyeing some Hagoromo chalk with sinful desire.
