Sources report that Dr. Wendy Hoffman, Professor of Comparative Literature and American Studies, is somehow younger than all of her students. “She’s younger than me, but she still knows so much about Nabokov,” said Mitch Heyman ‘15, who is 23 years old to Hoffman’s 22. “She’s teaching me! I’m her student! It’s totally out there.” Heyman is just one of the students who have been alive longer than their professor. Natalie Hornberger ‘16, who took a year off, is also older than Hoffman. Said Hornberger, "It’s wild." As of press time, Hoffman had officially earned the designation of “the cool professor.”
