REPORT: Time Of Year Everyone Starts Walking Around With Chilly, Clenched Fists Tucked Into Their Sleeves

Published Friday, December 9th, 2016

According to a report released by the National Center of Atmospheric Research, over the coming weeks, you should expect to see everyone walking around with chilly, clenched fists tucked into their sleeves. “It’s crazy how easily hands get cold and chapped during this time of year,” explained head researcher Dr. Sean Brooklyn. “But it’s not the kind of wind chill where you need to wear gloves yet, though. Balling up your fingers and raising your shoulders just enough so that your jacket sleeves cover your freezing, little hands provides sufficient protection from the cold.” The report goes on to recommend pulling down the sweatshirt sleeves under your jacket a little bit so you can tuck your hands up into both.
