Junior Kristen Gaffe reported earlier that her relationship with her parents has never been more okayish.
“My parents and I are definitely moving in a neutral direction, and I think it really stems from a mutual acknowledgment of my independence,” said Gaffe, adding that the weekly calls from home are now just inconvenient instead of painful. “It’s a process, but it’s thankfully more okay than it’s ever been. Who knows, maybe one day I’ll even FaceTime them.”
“To be honest, this is as cordial as it’s been in years,” Gaffe continued, noting that she and her parents had been having more and more conversations about dining hall food and the general concept of taking classes. “These days, I’ve been finding it vaguely plausible to imagine having a good-ish relationship with them."
At press time, Gaffe’s mom was overheard asking if Kristen could turn Life360 back on.
