Media studies scholars at Colby College have reported that long-running CBS drama The Obelisk is the best show on television, except for seasons 1, 4, 6, the flashback episodes, and the finale.
“You have to skip the pilot,” said lead researcher Yang Wei. “And the show really doesn’t discover what it is for all of season 1. The time travel plotline is garbage, you have to ignore that. And you don’t wanna watch all the way up to the end, let me save you the trouble. You’ll be disappointed.”
As part of a comprehensive analysis of the show, Wei and his team wrote, “It’s a pioneering and genre-bending contribution to the medium, but we don’t talk about season 6. Or season 3. The show is really excellent in 4 episodes of season 5, one episode of season 2, 30 minutes in the middle of a season 4 episode, and in the trailer for season 7. But all of season 8 is soooo good.”
Wei specified that the girl who plays the love interest is actually kinda bad, you have to ignore her. And the two leads aren’t amazing. “But it’s so good. Have you seen it? How have you not seen it?”
At press time, scholars were promising that this album is amazing, but skip the first song and the third song and all the songs after that.
