After a confusing couple of minutes away from her laptop, junior Lauren Kim was reminded of her whole personality by her laptop stickers.
“I had walked from my south campus dorm all the way to my Smitty-B seminar, and by the time I arrived at the classroom, I was completely at a loss for who I was,” said Kim, racking her brain for the morsels of her character that made up her identity. “It wasn’t until I pulled out my laptop and gazed at my carefully curated collection of stickers that my personality came flooding back to me.”
“Suddenly I could remember that I hiked two National Parks, went to an artisan coffee shop, and attended Brown University,” continued Kim, wiping sweat off her brow upon rediscovering the trivia facts that make up her character. “It was spooky there for a minute not knowing who I was, but luckily I’ve got the stickers here to always inform myself and everyone else that I voted and I know a Malala quote.”
At press time, the stickers on Kim’s water bottle were too mangled to convey any personality.
