Enjoying a super chill afternoon on the Main Green, a group of students tossed around a frisbee for a little bit before stripping down to their underwear and performing an intense pole dance routine for all of Brown’s campus to see.
“Nothing beats a laid-back afternoon on the Main Green,” said sophomore Dylan Rodrigo, hoisting himself onto a metal pole and deftly twirling around it in nothing but boxer briefs and body glitter. “I can chill out, enjoy the warm weather, and perfect my upside-down rotational split with barely any clothes on!”
The arrival of spring encourages members of the Brown community to take a break from their busy schedules and enjoy the outdoors. Flooding the Main Green, students chat with friends, play lawn games, and spin on a metal pole to house music as concerned families visiting from the Midwest look on.
“My days at Brown are incredibly hectic, so a super chill afternoon on the Main Green is just what I need,” added Rodrigo, nearly exposing himself to hundreds of people after attempting to climb the pole with only his bare thighs. “Nothing beats tossing around a frisbee on the Green and then tossing around my partially-nude body on the pole. I don’t know why so many people play Spikeball when they could be doing a sexy and empowering pole dance routine instead!”
At press time, students continued to take advantage of the Rhode Island outdoors by sitting on an overcrowded patch of grass in the middle of Providence.
