Circling a ledge behind the library and telling his friends to come check it out, teenage boy Juan Menzes confirmed that he could totally skate that.
“I could skate it no problem,” said Menzes, adding that even though he boned his knee on that five-stair earlier, he could still easily land a bluntslide or nose manual off this concrete ledge. “That’s a nasty hubba for sure, but I can handle it.”
Menzes reportedly skates spots like this all the time and even wants to bet $5 that he lands this trick first try. “I might just throw down a back tail slide,” said Menzes, giving his friend Josh Brandt a fist bump. “On second thought, I’m gonna tre flip the whole stair set.”
Menzes added, “Josh, get your VHS out because this is gonna be sick.”
At press time, some scooter kids showed up and totally ruined the vibes so Menzes and his friends bailed.
