Terrified students in Professor Jim Cobble’s CLPS300 class have reported that the professor signs off every email with “See You In Hell.”
“My god, he did it again,” said student Jim Stork with a tinge of horror in his voice as he scanned an email from Cobble. “It just says ‘Dear Students, Here’s Tuesday’s reading. See You In Hell, Prof. Cobble.’”
“At first I thought he was trying to be quirky, like the professors that sign off with ‘cheers’," continued a deeply disturbed Stork. “But then he wrote ‘Hellfire will consume you’ in the margins of my midterm, and in lecture he’s started to draw pentagrams on the chalkboard.”
“And don’t get me started on office hours.”
