Area woman Michelle Yu’s thrifted sweater is the worst piece of clothing she’s ever worn and also the nicest thing she owns. “I mean, it’s definitely on-trend for right now,” stated Yu as she put on the horrific early ‘90s relic, which is covered in bright orange triangles and brown spirals. “In a way, it’s kind of beautiful, and I can totally see why people thought this was cool back in the day. I think it was a great find, and it’s easily the best thing in my closet.” At press time, Yu’s mother was plotting to donate the sweater back to the thrift store where Yu had bought it.
