Sources report that the towel used to dry yourself after your shower is always a little bit wet and stinky.
“This is my favorite towel, which always does such a good job at drying me off after my showers!” exclaimed Andrew Chen ‘25, tousling his hair with a grey, raggedy towel that hasn’t been washed in two months and is still slightly damp from when he showered the previous day. “It’s big, it’s fluffy, it dries every last drop of water off of my body too.”
“I don’t wash it after every use, but that’s okay—it’s not like it’s my outside clothes or anything like that,” continued Chen, taking a deep whiff of his towel that smells just like an algae-filled lake. “Plus, I’m always clean when I get out of the shower, so my towel doesn’t get dirty.”
At press time, that water bottle you drink out of every day definitely has mold growing on the inside of it.
