A heartwarming advertisement from Ruffles has gained recognition for its celebration of community, integrity, and Ruffles.
“It’s easy to be a cynic in this day and age, so we here at the Ruffles marketing department felt a responsibility to remind folks what matters most,” said PR representative Eileen Wilcox, who works for a fucking potato chip company. “That’s why our latest line of advertisements aren’t focused on the delicious taste of Ruffles’ assorted crinkle-cut potato chips. They aren’t about dipping those tasty Ruffles into our signature Creamy French Onion Dip. And they definitely aren’t about the triumphant return of our tantalizing All-Dressed Ruffles, a savory combination of ketchup, barbecue, and salt & vinegar flavors. No, it’s about bringing people together.”
“Some people might say that Ruffles has nothing to do with community, integrity, or delectable flavors at an affordable price,” added Wilcox, whose office does not include any photos of friends or loved ones and instead includes ample photos of Ruffles. “But I guess those folks just don’t know Ruffles.”
