Sources report that a forthcoming Wes Anderson film will feature every actor alive. “From visionary filmmaker Wes Anderson comes a madcap adventure led by dazzling performances from Javier Bardem, Frances McDormand, Chloë Sevigny, Bruce Willis, Penelope Cruz, Bill Murray, Marisa Tomei, Zendaya, Dev Patel, Adrien Brody, and every other actor on the planet!” said a press release from Searchlight Pictures, noting that the film will bring together a host of Anderson stalwarts and all of their contemporaries. “The film tells the story of a secluded Hungarian ski resort and the mysterious accident that befalls its estimable proprietor, with a supporting cast that includes Willem Dafoe, Tilda Swinton, Greta Gerwig, Jamie Foxx, Cate Blanchett, Harvey Keitel, Kevin Bacon, Saoirse Ronan, Lucy Liu, Cameron Diaz, Daniel Day-Lewis, Scarlett Johansson, Jackie Chan, Calista Flockhart, Dan Aykroyd, Timothée Chalamet, Jamie Lee Curtis, Andrew Garfield, Winona Ryder, Ken Watanabe, Judi Dench, Rooney Mara, Ian McKellen, and Jason Schwartzman, along with every individual who has ever been in a film.” At press time, it was reported that only the white actors would have speaking roles.
