Brown Dining Services announced yesterday that the Verney-Woolley dining hall will be changing its schedule, treating students to Taco Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.
“We thought that students would love for us to change it up a little,” said Paul Bauer, a staff member at the VDub. “Since we know students look forward to Taco Tuesdays, we decided to treat them to Taco Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, with this cycle repeating every Tuesday."
“With all the other dining halls offering the same stuff again and again, like overnight oats at the Ratty, or curry bowls at Andrews, we thought introducing a dynamic twice-per-day, seven-days-a-week taco menu would be an innovation appreciated by everyone,” announced Baur, proudly septupling the VDub’s tortilla order. “Depending on the day, we have different taco filling combinations. For example, on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, we have rice, guacamole, chicken, sour cream, and black beans. But on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays, however, we offer chicken, guacamole, black beans, sour cream, and rice — this all amounts to endless unique combinations every day!”
At press time, the VDub has shifted gears to introduce Chicken Finger Everyday.
