Sources report that local waiter, Derek Jennings, is wondering if you’re still working on that.
“How’s it going over here?” Jennings asked, eagerly eyeing a patron’s half-eaten dinner. “Let me know when you’re done and I’ll get that plate right out of your way.”
“Is there anything else I can get for you?” Jennings asked, stretching his entire arm over the table to top off the water glasses. “Would you like some more salt and pepper? Some freshly grated parmesan, perhaps? Or if you’re all set, I can just go ahead and bring you a box so you can take the rest of that home.”
“That margarita glass is looking mighty empty. Would you like a refill?” Jennings continued mere seconds later, materializing out of thin air next to the table. “If there’s anything I can do for you, please let me know. Just say the word and I’ll bring the check right out. But really, no rush.”
At press time, Jennings was overheard telling a patron where the bathroom was.
