Following an exceptionally disappointing showing this morning, Wordle is honestly surprised you didn’t know the word “glebe.”
“Frankly, I’m a little disappointed,” stated Wordle, after your final guess of “globe” proved incorrect. “I’ll admit, I had high hopes. I thought you were an English major, yet I was able to stump you on this simple five-letter word. It’s kind of sad.”
“I really thought you were going to get it, but I guess you’re just the type of person who needs a few extra tries to figure things out,” conceded Wordle, its end screen asking if you want to share your failed game on Twitter. “I guess I was asking too much from you. Perhaps you could try finding a game with four-letter words instead?"
At press time, you were desperately waiting for a chance to prove yourself on tomorrow’s Wordle. Unfortunately, the word will be “quire.”
