Dearest Editor,

Since we met, my life has taken on new meaning. You have helped me to grow into the person I am today. Words can't express how much I love you and what you have come to mean to me. You are my everything. I always think of you when we are apart, and when we are together I feel perfect.

Whenever I witness the sunset over the ocean or hear songbirds chirping in the morning, my breath is taken away, not by these things themselves but only because their beauty approximates your beauty, reminding me of you. When the sun shines it is like the warmth I feel when I am with you. When it is cold outside, I shudder to think of how cold and empty I would be without you. When we make love, I believe it is what poets have spoken of when they write of heaven. I love you Editor, like I have never loved before.

I count the seconds until we see each other, and when we are together I do not want anything else. You are the reason I breathe, and everything I do is for you. I know that there are those times when we must be apart, and when that happens, I want you to know I trust you and I trust our love.

O how I want desperately to proclaim from the highest mountain, "Editor of the Brown Noser, I love you, and will always love you!" O if only others could know how I feel! Alas, it cannot yet be, so until the day when we can at last embrace openly, without fear of being discovered, our love will remain a secret, and I will bear the torturous burden of keeping it.
