The usually peaceful scene in downtown Providence took a tragic, unexpected turn last Saturday around midnight when mountains of trash and chemicals ignited during a routine performance of WaterFire, a fire sculpture presented on a stretch of the Providence River over half a mile long.

The Brown Department of Public Safety stated yesterday that they had reason to believe the Chinese Food Truck's Mongolian Beef is responsible for the raping and pillaging of an unknown number of stomachs as well as adjoining parts of the digestive system.

The scene at 50 Aborn Street was one of relief when, last week, Denny's officially opened its doors. The Denny's, a family chain restaurant that offers such treats as the Meat Lover's Omelet, had finally subdued the location's now-former restaurant, Cuban Revolution, after attempts to maintain its grip over location.
