Panting a little from the unexpected workout that was imposed on him, Randy Dinapoli had no choice but to pick his pace up to a light jog when a well-meaning stranger held the door into the Ratty for him from just slightly too far away. “She totally caught me off guard,” Dinapoli complained of the stranger kindly holding the door open for him. “What was I supposed to do, just make her wait fifteen seconds till I got there on my own time? Or hustle over there so she’s not just letting the cold air in?” The same stranger reportedly also held the next door open at the top of the stairs, forcing Dinapoli to hurry to reach her once again.
