Most people don’t know this, but plant-based milk actually offers a plethora of benefits that dairy milk simply doesn’t! Also, today’s just not a good day for me—I’m a bit tied up with meetings.
There are so many options to choose from. Almond milk, for example, is a Vitamin D-rich delight with even more calcium than regular milk. Isn’t that brilliant? Sure, dairy is all well and good, but I just didn’t get the best sleep last night, and I wouldn’t want you having spoiled milk.
