Checking the forecast as they prepared to get dressed this morning, sources across the country reported that it’s almost time for poofy coats. “It’s been chilly lately but not super cold,” area woman Michelle Warner explained as she removed her heavy-duty puffer coat from storage and packed away her light jackets. “But the forecast says we’re about to dip under 40 degrees. Now that the real cold is coming on, it’s time to transition from non-poofy coats to poofy coats.” At press time, everyone agreed that it was also time for cozy socks.
